IEPE是指一種自帶電量放大器或電壓放大器的加速度傳感器。IEPE是壓電集成電路的縮寫。因?yàn)橛杉铀俣葌鞲衅鳟a(chǎn)生的電量是很小的，因此傳感器產(chǎn)生的電信號(hào)很容易受到噪聲干擾，需要用靈敏的電子器件對(duì)其進(jìn)行放大和信號(hào)調(diào)理。IEPE中集成了靈敏的電子器件使其盡量靠近傳感器以保證更好的抗噪聲性并更容易封裝。
美國(guó)Dytran的3217AA是一款I(lǐng)EPE加速度傳感器/振動(dòng)傳感器，可在低至零下196攝氏度下正常工作。
The Dytran 3334A1 is a miniature IEPE accelerometer with continuous operation down to -320°F (-196°C), offered with a 10 mV/g sensitivity, an overall height of just 0.33-inches (8.3-millimeters) and a total weight of 2 grams.
Sensors feature a lightweight titanium construction, a 5-40 stud mount and 5-44 radial connector. Units are hermetically sealed for reliable operation in high humidity and dirty environments.
