IEPE是指一種自帶電量放大器或電壓放大器的加速度傳感器。IEPE是壓電集成電路的縮寫。因?yàn)橛杉铀俣葌鞲衅鳟a(chǎn)生的電量是很小的，因此傳感器產(chǎn)生的電信號很容易受到噪聲干擾，需要用靈敏的電子器件對其進(jìn)行放大和信號調(diào)理。IEPE中集成了靈敏的電子器件使其盡量靠近傳感器以保證更好的抗噪聲性并更容易封裝。

美國Dytran的3019A是一款微型IEPE加速度傳感器/振動傳感器，靈敏度10mV/g，上線頻率響應(yīng)達(dá)10000Hz。

The Dytran 3019A is a miniature IEPE accelerometer with a 10 mV/g sensitivity and an upper frequency response of 10,000 Hz.

Design of the model 3019A incorporates a quartz sensing element operating in compression mode, packaged in a highly rugged stainless steel housing, for a total weight of just 8 grams. Units also feature a 10-32 axial connector and 1/4-28 stud mounting capabilities. The sensor is hermetically sealed for reliable operation in high humidity and dirty environments and base isolated to avoid EMI/ground loop interference.
